Meet Kevin Hay, our Campus Minister!
Kevin became the fourth campus minister for UCCM on July 1, 2008 after being called to the community in which he was baptized by his grandfather. Kevin is a native of
Atlanta, GA and Birmingham, AL.
Rev. Kevin Hay is a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary (2008) in Decatur, GA where he received a Master's of Divinity degree. Kevin is an ordained Presbyterian (USA) minister and a member of the Presbytery of Coastal Carolina.
After graduating from Rhodes College (2003) in Memphis, TN where he studied Business Administration and Religious Studies, Kevin returned to Birmingham, AL to work in the financial industry for a brief period before deciding to give his life to God's calling to ministry and enter seminary. During seminary, he spent time exploring God's calling for his life and acquiring knowledge and experience specifically for reaching today's college students.
Kevin LOVES sports, especially Auburn Football and Atlanta Braves Baseball, and he enjoys reminiscing about the days when he could actually play football and soccer. Kevin has a passion for discovering and listening to live music and enjoys spending time outdoors in God's beautiful creation - on the beach or in the mountains. Kevin is always up for hanging out over lunch or coffee or dominating everyone at Bocce ball!
